By creating an account, browsing job listings, or posting a role on InvestlyJobs ("Investly," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. These terms apply to job seekers, employers, and anyone else who accesses the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to create an account. Employers must have the authority to post roles and represent hiring decisions on behalf of the company named in their listing.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Job seekers agree to provide accurate profile and application information. Employers agree that job postings accurately reflect real, currently open roles and compensation ranges.
Employer plans (Single job, 3 jobs, extra job slots, and Unlimited yearly) and Seeker Pro subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable, and we do not refund or prorate unused time. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to: post fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading job listings; scrape or bulk-harvest data from the platform; impersonate another person or company; or use Investly to solicit candidates for anything other than genuine employment opportunities. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Job seekers retain ownership of the profile and application content they submit. Employers retain ownership of their job listing content but grant Investly a license to display, index, and distribute that content on and through the platform for the purpose of connecting listings with candidates.
Investly is a marketplace that connects job seekers and employers directly. We don't guarantee that any job seeker will be hired, that any employer will find a suitable candidate, or that any specific listing will perform in a particular way. Hiring decisions are made solely between job seekers and employers.
Investly is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including employment decisions made based on information exchanged through Investly.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify users by email or an in-product notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of Investly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
